FineHouse, Ltd is based in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia and we specialize in the design and manufacturing of tasteful garden structures including Pergolas, Arbors and Trellises. We have many years of experience in outdoor building materials & methods, and are pleased to provide garden structures of enduring quality and refined beauty, delivered in pre-manufactured kits.
As a natural evolution of our work in architectural garden structures and with a history of work in the field of sustainable architecture, we began to offer a line of structures particularly suited to "Green Building" professionals in 2008;. The Solar Stage™ and garden structures with green roofs.
FineHouse, Ltd primarily supplies landscape, design and construction professional but our components and building systems are available to anyone who agrees to our Terms of Service.
Wood is a renewable resource and thus an appropriate building material. FineHouse obtains lumber from reputable foresters that support a sustainable environment. All of our lumber is obtained in accordance with CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species) guidelines prior to its entry into the United States and much of the lumber we use is FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) or SFI (Sustainable Forestry Initiative)certified.
